Eines Tages kehrt\u00a0Lingu\u00e8re Ramatou, eine Frau mit einer\u00a0goldenen Fussprothese, an den Ort\u00a0ihrer Herkunft zur\u00fcck, \u00abreich wie die Weltbank\u00bb. Der H\u00e4ndler des Ortes\u00a0hat sie einst geschw\u00e4ngert und seine Vaterschaft verleugnet; jetzt will\u00a0sie Rache\u00a0nehmen, sich \u00abGerechtigkeit kaufen\u00bb: 100 Milliarden bietet sie\u00a0den Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern, um den H\u00e4ndler zu t\u00f6ten. Die weigern\u00a0sich zuerst \u2013 \u00abWir sind Afrikaner, aber die D\u00fcrre\u00a0hat uns zu keinen\u00a0Wilden gemacht!\u00bb -, erliegen aber nach und nach den Verlockungen des\u00a0Komforts. Ramatou, grossartiger zweiter Teil von Mamb\u00e9tys unvollendeter\u00a0Langfilmtrilogie zu den\u00a0fatalen Folgen von \u00abMacht und Wahnsinn\u00bb\u00a0pr\u00e4sentiert sich als irritierendes \u00e4sthetisches Hybrid, als Parabel \u00fcber\u00a0Kolonialismus und Konsumismus, deren t\u00fcckische Ironien sich einfacher\u00a0Deutung widersetzen. Am Ende, nach vollzogener Tat kommen Bulldozer und\u00a0machen Colobane dem Erdboden gleich. Die Elefanten ziehen weiter. (Trigon)<\/p>\n

Unter den diversen Filmen, die von Pierre-Alain Meier produziert wurden und das zeitgen\u00f6ssische Kino mitgepr\u00e4gt haben ist\u00a0Hy\u00e8nes\u00a0von Djibril\u00a0Diop Mamb\u00e9ty ein absoluter Filmklassiker, der in einer neu restaurierten Fassung der Adaptation \u201cDer Besuch der alten Dame\u201d von Friedrich D\u00fcrrenmatt wieder zug\u00e4nglich ist. Parallel zur Auswertung von\u00a0Adieu \u00e0 l\u2019Afrique\u00a0<\/em>(Pierre-Alain Meier, Regie)\u00a0wird auch dieses Meisterwerk der 7.Kunst neu oder wieder in den Kinos zu entdecken sein.<\/p>\n
