1943, Jura suisse. Emma, 15 ans, enceinte à la suite d’un viol, ne peut se résigner à abandonner ses rêves. Tandis qu’à la frontière la guerre fait rage, elle défie sa communauté pour se frayer un chemin vers la liberté.
